Program Prospects: This program trains high-quality skilled personnel who have good political and moral literacy; all-round ability in morals, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics that meet the needs of frontline work in the rail transit industry; an excellent grasp of theoretical knowledge and skills of high-speed railway passenger service; and the ability to serve, manage, coordinate and adapt well; and can work as crew members on high-speed trains or provide station passenger services, etc. Graduates will be engaged in railway train and station passenger service in national and local railway companies, railway transportation departments of large enterprises, train depots (stations), passenger traffic sections, etc., and can also engage in station management in urban rail transit departments.

Program Features: Based on the talent demand of the high-speed railway industry, this program adopts the training mode of “university-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination, occupational orientation, three-dimensional training”, puts occupational quality, professional knowledge and ability training through the whole training process, and works closely with major railway companies. The university and enterprises jointly develop and teach courses, and strengthen order-oriented training to achieve seamless connection between professional teaching and employment.

Job Positions: Graduates will work in passenger service and management in domestic high-speed train, high-speed EMU, subway and cruise companies.
