Wuhan Union New Era Education Industry Co., Ltd. To drive innovative approaches of modernizing higher education governance through organizational systems and institutional mechanisms, Union Education established Wenhua in Clouds League in 2020, with Wenhua College assuming the role of its presiding unit. Guided by principles of cooperation, collaboration, openness, and innovation, the League focuses on enhancing the internal development of its member universities and strengthening their ability to support local economic and social progress. Wenhua in Clouds League, is a collaborative network of higher education institutions, currently comprising 4 undergraduate colleges - Wenhua College, Wuhan City College, the College of International Business and Economics at Wuhan Textile University, and the College of Arts and Sciences at Hubei Normal University - as well as 3 higher vocational and technical colleges, including Wuhan College of Foreign Languages and Foreign Affairs, Wuhan Business and Trade Vocational College, and Wuhan Guanggu Vocational College. Additionally, a new undergraduate institution, Three Gorges Aviation College (tentative name), is currently under development. Collectively, the League's member institutions occupy a total building area exceeding 3.5 million ㎡ and serve nearly 110,000 students across campuses in Wuhan, Huangshi, Hongan, and Yichang. Among these institutions, Wenhua College has consistently been ranked the second-strongest comprehensive private university in China by national education authorities over the years, while Wuhan City College has been recognized as one of China's top private universities, ranking sixth nationally.
Union Education has strategically expanded its footprint in the realm of basic education, investing in and establishing a K-12 international school in Beijing - the Beijing Keystone Academy, which has since gained nationwide recognition as a prominent institution. Furthermore, through a collaborative partnership with NO.1 Middle School Affiliated to Central China Normal University, Union Education has organized an integrated nine-year (primary and junior high) school in Wuhan, the Wuhan Huamei Experimental School.
