Established in 2003 under the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, the College of Arts and Science of Hubei Normal University is an independent undergraduate institution affiliated with Hubei Normal University. Located at No. 666, East Jinshan Avenue, Huangshi Economic & Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province, the College spans a planned area of nearly 1,800 mu (approximately 297 acres), with 4.9 million square meters of built-up area already completed.
