On August 9, 2021, the Department of Education of Hubei Province announced the list of the demonstration bases for university students’ entrepreneurship and innovation in Hubei province in 2021, and Wenhua College was on the list. The school was approved as a demonstration base for university students’ entrepreneurship and innovation in Hubei province in 2018 for the first time, and it has been approved again this year.

Wenhua College is rooted in Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In terms of innovation and entrepreneurship, it has always adhered to the concepts of innovation leading entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship relying on professional knowledge and teachers guiding students to start businesses. The College has specially set up Wuhan Wenhua Zhongchuang Space Management Co., LTD, which operates according to the advanced and scientific standards of the society.

Leaders from other colleges and principals of investment institutions and incubator carriers had a field trip to Wenhua College. They agreed that the College did a lot of fruitful work not only in cultivating the students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, but also in Incubating new enterprises. Besides, it cultivated the innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and produced a good social effect. The entrepreneurship base of Wenhua College has a high positioning and strict requirements. It is a combination mode of technology entrepreneurship and professional entrepreneurship under the leadership of teachers. And it has bright prospects for exploring the development mode of university science park in the later period.
