Educational Objectives


This major is set to foster high-quality technical talents with a good professional ethics and and cultural literacy, who pursue an all-round all-round moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic grounding in addition to a hard-working spirit, master relevant theoretical knowledge in cross-border e-commerce, have the capabilities of cross-border e-commerce network marketing, event planning, platform operations and others, and are able to work in cross-border e-commerce platform operations, data analysis, visual marketing, online customer services and more.


Fundamental Courses


Cross-Border E-Commerce Operations Practice, Cross-Border E-Commerce Data Analysis and Application, Cross-Border E-Commerce Marketing Practice, Cross-Border E-Commerce Visual Design, Cross-Border E-Commerce Customer Services, and Cross-Border E-Commerce B2C Platform Operations, etc.


Job Prospects

 

Graduates in this major are mainly to work for cross-border e-commerce application enterprises, engaged in cross-border e-commerce platform operations, visual design, cross-border e-commerce network marketing and event planning, cross-border e-commerce customer services, international market promotion, among others.


Supplementary Instruction


In December 2018, Hubei Province issued the Implementation Opinions on China (Wuhan) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zones to present a great impetus for the province’s cross-border e-commerce efforts. It also established the goals for cross-border e-commerce development in Wuhan in the next three years: by 2021, Wuhan will introduce and cultivate a cumulative total of over 30 leading cross-border e-commerce companies, bring together more than 3,000 cross-border e-commerce companies, and build 5 to 8 high-quality and characteristic cross-border e-commerce industrial parks, covering more than 50,000 cross-border e-commerce professionals. The cross-border e-commerce industry features promising development prospects, strong demand for talents, and great job prospects.

(1) Our school is among the first higher vocational colleges in China to add the cross-border e-commerce major.


(2) The college has signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with many well-known companies such as Alibaba, JD, SF Express, Xiaomi Communications and VIPS to jointly build a talent training base.

(4) The rate of our students passing the examinations for cross-border e-commerce operations specialist reached 90%.
