This major is established to foster high-leveled skilled talents for international tourism who are firm in ideal and political conviction, cultivate both morality and technical ability, use English and guide knowledge proficiently, and grasp the knowledge and skills of attractions commentary in English and English speaking tour guide accompany and interpretation, so as to serve the needs of economic and social development.

Job Prospects

Graduates may work for travel agencies, tourist attractions, airlines and others in tourism management and services (tour guiding, tourist reception, OP, sales, operations, etc.) and clerical work (e.g. secretary, planning).
