Educational Objectives


The major is created to cultivate internationally competitive, high-quality management professionals who are capable of analyzing and addressing hotel service and operations management issues and mastering hotel service and management expertise and skills, competent for service and management positions in leading brand hotels and related service industries at home and abroad, and proficient in hotel digital application and sustainability.


Fundamental Courses


Hotel Catering Service and Management, Hotel Housekeeping Service and Management, Hotel Financial Management, Hotel Human Resources Management, Hotel New Media, Beverage Knowledge and Bar Management, Fundamentals of Tea Art, Basic Sign Language Elements, English for Hospitality Purposes, and International Hospitality Industry, etc.


Job Prospects

Graduates can be engaged in service, clerk, sales and management positions in leading Chinese and international brand hotels, hotel management companies and related service industries, mainly including: service and management positions in the departments of hotel lobby, catering, guest room and others; clerk, coordinator, training and sales positions in the human resources, finance, purchasing, sales and other hotel departments; and positions related to consulting, training, and business development in hotel management companies and related service industries.
