The major is jointly established by our School and Topsec, the leading enterprise in information security. It aims to cultivate talents urgently needed by the network security industry. The core professional courses are taught by excellent engineers dispatched by the enterprise. The course contents integrate theoretical learning, real environment simulation experiment and practice in enterprise project, so that students can form natural advantages in employment through learning and practice before graduation, so as to lay a solid foundation for students to achieve high-quality employment. When students enter the School, they sign an employment guarantee agreement with the enterprise.

Major courses: Discrete mathematics, data structure, programming fundamentals, operating system principle, database principle and application, CentOS management, Kali Linux penetration test fundamentals, web application security fundamentals, web penetration and vulnerability mining, wireless network security, firewall technology and application, intrusion detection and intrusion prevention, website application security protection system, and drills in network security attack and defense.

Potential employment: Graduates of this major are mainly engaged in corporate application software design, development, testing and maintenance of IT enterprises and research institutions; and information environment management and maintenance of enterprises and public institutions.
