Marketing (Plan for real estate marketing)

(Non-normal, three-year junior college)


Cultivation direction: This major focuses on developing the use of concept of integrated marketing in the entire process of real estate marketing, integrating the concept, design, location, environment, house type, price, brand, packaging and promotion of real estate developer’s construction projects, reasonably determining the actual needs of the real estate target market, targeting on the common interests of developers, consumers and society, planning rational construction outline for real estate development through market research, project positioning, promotion planning, sales execution and other marketing process analysis, planning, organizing and control on the basis of a deep understanding of the deep-seated and future needs of potential consumers, so as to make products and services fully meet the needs of consumers, form the self-sale of products, and make developers obtain benefits through consumer satisfaction.


Major courses: Real estate sales planning, marketing planning, project planning, real estate packaging promotion planning, market research, market analysis, market positioning, brand promotion, management, economics, marketing psychology, marketing terminology.


Potential employment: The graduates mainly engage in marketing planning, housing sales and management for real estate developers, as well as sales and second-hand housing evaluation in housing intermediary companies.
