Educational Objectives

This major is dedicated to training high-quality application-based technical personnel with a certain creative spirit who accommodate the needs of the country and local regional economic development, have a solid theoretical grounding in management, economics, civil engineering technology, law, engineering cost and others, control modern engineering management methods and means well, receive training on various basic job skills related to engineering management, develop the ability to engage in civil engineering management engineering, and are able to work on project decision-making and full-process management in the field of engineering construction.

Job Prospects

This major mainly cultivates students for the management of construction companies, real estate development companies, engineering consulting companies, government agencies, infrastructure departments of enterprises and public institutions, and engineering construction supervision companies as well as industry sectors such as engineering bidding agencies, construction project investment and financing and investment control, finance and trade. Graduates of this major have the capabilities of applying the basic knowledge of management, construction, economics, and law in an integrated and systematic way, focusing on engineering construction, construction management, and real estate operation and development, familiarizing with relevant Chinese guidelines, policies and regulations, and carrying out project development and engineering construction and management.
