Undergraduate Program      Duration: 4 years


Objective: We cultivate high-quality applied talent with theoretical foundation of economic management, proficient in the knowledge and skills of information science and technology, data collection and analysis technologies, and business administration, etc. who can engage in operation management, data analysis and business model design in enterprises and public institutions.


Advantages and characteristics: This major focuses on building the students' professional skills and innovating in talent training modes. This major has been approved by as a University-Industry Collaborative Education Program by the Ministry of Education, has established the “Hubei Provincial Internship Training Base for Colleges and Universities” and the “Rural E-commerce Talent Incubation Base” in cooperation with enterprises, and has established partnership with well-known e-commerce companies such as Koubei, JD.COM and Suning through various channels to recommend students for internship and employment in well-known e-commerce companies. Our students boost high success rate in the postgraduate entrance examination and have won many national awards at various professional competitions.


Main courses: Introduction to E-commerce, Network Marketing, Management Information System, Business Data Analysis, Python Programming Foundation, Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Research Methods, etc.


Career prospects: The graduates can engage in e-commerce operation management and business data analysis in enterprises and public institutions, or help enterprises in the design and innovation of business models, and digital transformation, etc.
